Forty Nilepet staff are taking part in a six-day programme focused on front-office operations, customer service, HR administration, and workplace professionalism.
AYAT Capital Consulting is pleased to be facilitating the Professional Front Office, Reception & Human Resource Excellence Programme in partnership with Nile Petroleum Corporation (Nilepet).
The six-day capacity-building programme brings together 40 staff members at Demesh Hotel from 3–8 August 2026, with a focus on strengthening front-office operations, customer service, Human Resource administration, office productivity, workplace professionalism, and effective communication.
Through interactive presentations, practical exercises, group discussions, and shared workplace experiences, participants are gaining valuable knowledge and tools to enhance service delivery, strengthen workplace relationships, and improve organizational performance.
